Accident Plan

Accident Insurance is for minor and major accidental injuries, paid directly to the employee, to help offset out-of-pocket medical costs and other personal expenses. Accident insurance covers costs related to Hospital/Emergency room care, injuries requiring surgery, Ambulance fees, Physical therapy and Recovery income. Accident insurance, combined with a High Deductible Health Plan, can be a low-cost alternative to traditional health plans for both employers and employees.

Hospitalization Plan

Hospitalization assists with out-of-pocket medical bills such as hospital admission, daily hospital confinement and hospital ICU confinement. Benefits are paid directly to employees unless otherwise specified.

Critical Illness Plan

Critical Illness is designed to pay a lump-sum benefit to the insured upon diagnosis of a covered critical illness. Funds form the policy can help recipients direct their own treatment for specified diseases such as Heart attack, End stage Renal (kidney) Failure, Paralysis, Stroke, Major organ transplant, Coronary bypass surgery and cancer. Rates vary depending on whether you choose the $10,000 or $20,000 benefit. Semi-monthly rates can be found on the attachment under Documents and Forms.
